Workout Of The Day Nov 9th 2011

I just finished the Workout of the day shared by my buddy (and certified fitness trainer) Charles Leslie. Though I did modify slightly what he shared to fit my needs for the night. I didn’t start until after 9 pm but that almost seemed to help me focus since the day is quickly winding to a finish.

*Here is what I did…

  • 2 mile run (with 1 sprint approx. 300ft) barefoot Merrell trail glove style
  • Immediately followed with 5 minutes weight jump rope drills with varying speed and foot work. The handles of my jump rope are weight approx. 2 lbs each.
  • The second part of the workout consists of 5 chinups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats repeating as many of these sets in that order in 20 minutes.
  • Here is a slight mod I did.
  • The first 10 minutes I wore a 10lob weighted vest and during the squats I also held a 25lb kettlebell.
  • The second 10 minutes I went for speed by removing the vest though I did still hold the 25lb kettlebell for squats.

I personally completed 10 total sets with varying hand positions and foot width for the squats.

Starting in November I will begin offering exclusive and limited accountability groups. Pretty much Team Beachbody gave us (the coaches) the last piece to the puzzle. I now have the ability to offer you a fitness and nutrition solution all combined with intense, focused, and small group accountability. Sound interesting?

Before you get to excited I am going to tell you here and now that it still won’t be easy and there absolutely will be requirements to join and to stay. The great thing is that I know, those who are REALLY serious about changing their lives will do whatever it takes to get it done. If that’s YOU, then you are exactly who I am looking for.

So here’s the deal:

I will accept a very limited number of clients each month to join in a small fitness challenge. I will assemble groups of 5 people ALL doing the exact same program. You will have quite a few options for your fitness solution and everyone will be using Shakeology. If you are willing to invest in your health that tells me you are willing to do what it takes. I make a commission from your purchase and this supports the coaching, support, and encouragement I will offer during the challenge.

The challenge members that are accepted will receive my personal cell to text and reach out when needed. I will run anywhere from 1-3 groups per month depending on the demand. I know a lot of people already clicked away as soon as they read they would have to invest. But your still here which means something.

Here are the requirements in a nut shell:

  • MUST be my customer (this will happen when you choose and purchase your package solution)
  • MUST be and remain on Shakeology HD throughout the entire 90-day challenge
  • MUST post daily with your progress (or even struggles)
  • If you need a fitness program you can choose from 1 of 3 packages (each includes Shakeology HD and a 30-day trial in the Team Beachbody Club so you can check out the meal planner.
  • MUST enter the Beachbody Challenge (It’s free AND part of the checkout process when you purchase your package solution). This will ensure you are eligible to win daily prizes for logging your workouts in the Super Gym AND you could even submit your transformation for your change to win $100,000.
  • MUST have a clear and defined emotional reason for wanting this transformation. (we will work on this together)

My first round of Fitness Challenges start day 1 on November 11th, 2011 (11/11/11).

I am creating a list on a first come, first serve basis and spaces are already filling up. I will take NO MORE than 15 members total (which would be 3 separate 5-person teams). I need to keep it limited so I can provide quality focus for you.

With such a huge response to be part of the November 11th fitness challenge I have had to open up 2 separate, 5-person accountability groups.
